財政司司長曾俊華表示，雙倍印花稅對穩定非住宅物業市場非常重要，希望立法會能盡快通過法案。

曾俊華今日在立法會會見傳媒時表示，雙倍印花稅自去年2月推出後成功壓抑非住宅物業市場，寫字樓、工廠大廈和商鋪物業價格升幅均顯著受控，租金升幅亦見放緩。

有議員提出修訂，建議豁免非住宅物業交易的雙倍印花稅，認為此舉不會令非住宅物業市場再度亢奮，但曾俊華指，這種想法缺乏數據支持。政府5月中對「先買後賣」的豁免作出修訂，住宅樓市的升幅隨即明顯加快。

他表示，相信支持修訂的議員有良好意願，但擔心未必會有良好結果，希望他們認真考慮這些建議對樓市的影響，以免日後後悔。

曾俊華談及住宅物業市場時表示會密切留意市場情況，又表示香港經濟受外來環境影響，現時按揭息率極低，未來只會回升，希望小投資者注意。

他亦說現時財務委員會各撥款項目次序適當，全部均與民生經濟有直接關係，希望能獲財委會通過。 (http://j.mp/1ndIZdD)
